The last project managed was a non-compliance situation : we moved from uncontrolled licenses management to a controlled and compliant usage, in a carve out context, with a deal anticipated thanks to Christian's lead and agile approach. We saved a few millions euros, including the Software Asset Management best practices : without your lead it was never possible to reach this level of excellence in only 6 months for this multi-year contract. Christian is really result oriented, he was able to manage / coordinate cross functional teams within the company in order to deliver the best value for the company. He was the main results contributor of my team generating at least half of the whole savings.
